Vendor Refund Policy
1. Purpose This policy outlines the terms and conditions for vendor refunds for The Black Vegan Fest. It is designed to provide clear guidelines on refund eligibility and amounts based on the timing of cancellation relative to the event date.
2. Refund Schedule Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
2.1 Full Refund (100%) Cancellations made 90 days or more before the event date Processing time: 10-15 business days
2.2 Partial Refund 75% refund: Cancellations made 60-89 days before the event date 50% refund: Cancellations made 30-59 days before the event date 25% refund: Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event date Processing time: 15-20 business days
2.3 No Refund (0%) Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event date No-shows on the day of the event
3. Refund Process
3.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [contact email].
3.2 Refund requests must include: Vendor name and contact information Booth or space number (if assigned) Reason for cancellation
3.3 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.
3.4 Processing times are estimates and may vary based on financial institutions and payment methods.
4. Exceptions
4.1 Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), a full refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation date.
4.2 Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organizers, all vendors will receive a full refund.
5. Non-Refundable Fees Application fees, processing fees, and any additional services already rendered are non-refundable.
6. Policy Changes Black Vegan Fest reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to vendors in writing.
